Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Latino Reentry Reintegration Services Inc. ("LRRS," "we," "us," or "our"). We deeply appreciate your contributions to our mission.

1. Donations

As a nonprofit organization, donations made to LRRS are generally considered non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occasionally happen. If you have made a donation in error (such as an incorrect amount or an accidental duplicate charge), please contact us within **30 days** of the transaction, and we will be happy to assist you in processing a refund.

2. Event Tickets and Programs

If you have purchased a ticket to an LRRS fundraising event or paid for a specific program and are no longer able to attend, please contact us at least **7 days** prior to the event date. Depending on the nature of the event, we may issue a refund, or you may choose to convert your ticket purchase into a standard donation.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on
