Welcome to Latino Reentry Reintegration Services, Inc. Formerly ILRCC

Built on Legacy. Committed to Justice. Focused on the Future.

At Latino Reentry Reintegration Services, Inc., we are proud to stand on the shoulders of those who came before us. Our foundation is deeply rooted in the legacy of the Latino Cultural Exchange Coalition (LCEC)—a powerful movement born inside Stateville Correctional Center, created by and for incarcerated Latino men determined to educate, heal, and uplift their community from within. We honor that vision and are committed to expanding its reach across Illinois and beyond.

Our mission is simple but urgent: to support justice-impacted individuals, including formerly incarcerated people and exonerees, as they navigate the complex path of reentry. We recognize that exonerees face a unique journey—one that requires not only support but also deep acknowledgment of the harm done and the resilience required to overcome it. We are here to walk alongside you.

What sets us apart is that our staff is made up of individuals with lived experience—returning citizens and exonerees who understand the challenges firsthand. We bring not only professional expertise but also personal insight, compassion, and credibility. We’ve lived it, and now we lead with it.

Through culturally grounded, trauma-informed services, we aim to restore dignity, build opportunity, and strengthen families and communities. Whether you're returning home after incarceration, navigating life after exoneration, or looking to support our work—we welcome you into a growing movement of healing and hope. This is more than reentry. This is reintegration. This is justice.

Together, we rise. Juntos, avanzamos.
